On the 31 episode of "Innovate & Educate, Creative Bulletin News", we will reflect about the importance of conistency, clear goals and passion for education. This has been possible, thanks to the generous contribution of Esther Pradillo. Esther is an outstanding , experienced teacher who has navigated throughout the different stages of formal education. Her tenacity has allowed her to build a solid career in the Spanish educational public system. Thanks to her openess and mental flexibility, she has given herself the opportunity to not only teach psychomotricy in infant education, physical education and core subjects in primary education; but also those subjects related to social integration in secondary education. As a constant researcher of modelling her teaching practice according to her students´needs, Esther shares the importance of not just update ourselves as teachers, but allow the possibility of being chamaleonic, transforming the learning experience into something meaningful and unique for all agents. Her honesty takes us to refelct about the current situation that most teachers face in terms of the overdoing, paperwork and lack of validation that we do not get from the outside. How towards adversity, we are unconditionally available for whatever happens. This conversation will not leave you unaware of the reality that every teacher confronts in his or her day-to-day practice.
