On the 30th episode of "Innovate and Educate, Creative Bulletin News", we will have the pleasure to rediscover ourselves thanks to the generous contribution of Trinidad Lara. Trinidad will open a wide range of possibilities in regards of the importance of self-awareness, giving up our ego and allowing ourselves the rewarding moments that we can establish with our students, building a solid and more respectful attachment.
She has published three impecable essays where she takes us to reflect about the benefits of educating from love without forgetting about our own wealth.
In her last essay she shares her own vision about acquiring knowledge about neuroeducation and most importantly, being self-explorers throughout an authentic meditative state.
Practice that does not require all the misconceptions that mindfulness exercises, trying this state of consciousness in our daily teaching practice.
