On the 28th episode of "Innovate & Educate, Creative Bulleting News", we will learn about how experience and determination can build up a solid and impecable teaching practice. And to this end, I had the pleasure to count with the contribution of an outstanding person and teacher, her name is Gabriela Bustamente.
Gabriela will share with all of us her own perspective about education. The importance of creating a secure attachment with our students in regards to the development of metacognitive, social and emotional skills.
Her teaching journey with primary students, her background as a speech therapist, and her leadership role as a coordinator has taken her to initiate a very promising new stage of her professional life.
What is remarkable about her, is the way she is devoted to her teaching practice without stepping back even when circumstances can be a little overwhelming. She emphasizes on the importance of helping children to empower themselves in those talents that can strengthen other areas that need to be improved.
This converestation is an invitation to those experienced teachers that feel a little stuck and are looking for the extra punch that can refresh their motivation and passion for teaching.
