On this episode, we will learn about the importance of being consistent as teachers in the messages we convey to students.
For this I counted with the presence of Marina Rodríguez-Osorio García, a young teacher who has successfully managed to adopt a commitment full of challenges where she exercises her leadership in an approachable and professional way as the Director of Infant Education of the Educare Group.
Marina invites all teachers to place our unconditional trust in our students starting at an early age, since this strategy will be the source for them to model a much greater self-concept in tune with their way of thinking, feeling, acting and, especially, learning.
In addition, she will share with us her experience of learning from other educational systems in other countries, and how, thanks to her open-minded vision, she has been able to compare them with the Spanish educational system. Drawing her own conclusions about the positive side of it and what remains to be improved.
With this episode we close the first season of this proposal, I am very grateful to the 12 experts in education who have generously collaborated to make this possible.
I will return in September with a lot of energy and eager to continue learning and contributing.
